With over 30 years in corporate roles at IBM, Oracle, and Strategic Solution Architects, Ocea brings a wealth of experience in leadership and development. Ocea’s global perspective was further enriched by three years in Singapore, where she supported the growth of a start-up in Analytics and Governance. Throughout her career, she has motivated and led high-performance teams to success, and she now continues to empower high-potential individuals within organizations through her coaching and Inspired Leadership Development training.

Ocea is particularly passionate about creating opportunities for women to connect, collaborate, and explore new possibilities. She actively mentors young female professionals, providing them with guidance and support to build long-term, fulfilling careers.
